UNITY DIALOGUES™

Unity Dialogues™ are a series of conversations, driven by youth, directed by youth and led by youth where cultural understanding and breaking down of barriers are fostered. During the Unity Dialogues™ groups of youth from different backgrounds come together to discuss cultural differences, break down stereotypes, foster relationships, undo media influence and create action plans for bringing people together at all levels of society. Created as method for building community and opening a safe space for all to discuss issues of race and racism, Unity Dialogues is a platform where small groups come together to grow in trust and understanding of our differences. Through the process participants create trust and opportunity for revealing methods to use to build bridges in our world that break down white supremacy culture and institutionalized racism . Founded as a youth effort to bridge conversations and community,

Inclusion, Embodied

For nearly 20 years, Gina has partnered with institutions and individuals alike, bringing restorative justice, embodied inclusion, and a deep well of experience from the classroom to the boardroom. Her work is rooted in one simple belief: real change happens when people and institutions are supported in becoming whole.
Restorative Practices & Embodied Inclusion Gina has partnered with universities, municipal governments, community centers, and faith-based organizations to bring restorative practices into the everyday life of institutions. This work moves beyond one-time trainings, building sustained capacity for communities to navigate conflict, repair harm, and strengthen belonging. Across these partnerships, Gina has facilitated circle processes for staff and leadership teams, designed restorative frameworks tailored to each institution's culture, and trained internal teams to carry the practice forward on their own. The work spans higher education, local government, and community-based settings, each with its own context, but sharing a common goal, creating environments where accountability and healing can coexist. A Foundation That Names Race Restorative work that avoids naming race is incomplete. Gina's practice holds an inclusive foundation that centers race as a core thread of the work, not a topic that can be set aside for the sake of comfort or neutrality. Conflict, harm, and healing do not happen in a vacuum, they are shaped by racism, and by the other systems of oppression, sexism, ableism, homophobia, classism, that intersect with it. Any restorative process that leaves these dynamics out of the room is not actually restorative. This means Gina's facilitation does not treat race as one issue among many to be addressed if time allows. It is foundational to how conflict is understood, how harm is named, and how repair becomes possible, woven through every circle, training, and framework she brings into an institution. An Inclusion Framework Gina's inclusion framework moves organizations beyond one-time diversity training toward sustained, structural change. It centers equity literacy as an ongoing practice rather than a fixed competency, building leaders' and teams' capacity to recognize patterns of harm and exclusion, respond with accountability, and build systems that hold that awareness over time. Embodied Inclusion At the center of this work is embodied inclusion, bringing antiracism and equity work into the body, not just the intellect. Drawing on somatic practice, restorative justice, and collective leadership traditions, this approach helps individuals and teams recognize how bias, harm, and healing are held physically, not only conceptually, so that inclusion becomes a lived, embodied practice rather than a policy statement, in service of the collective well-being every community is working toward. Gina brings the same holistic, equity-centered approach to every partnership, adapting restorative practices to the specific needs of a campus, a town, or a neighborhood center, while keeping the focus on long-term, systemic change rather than isolated interventions.
